Is painting the characters of a book on a wall,
for example Harry Potter, a violation of copyright?
As long as the wall is not photographed or used to
make money, is it all right?  I would think it would
be a good thing for the author of the book.  What is
your thought on this?

Several months ago, I asked for help in finding a speaker on current
research in baby brain development.  Many of you gave me suggestions.  We're
still in the process of finalizing our program, but we are selecting from
candidates that you suggested.  Thanks for your help.

The guys from Public Works brought over some big trucks -- various street
cleaners -- for Public Works Week earlier this month, on two days, for two
storytimes. They were a big hit. Naturally, storytime featured trucks. We
are a
City Department so opportunities to work together are welcomed by all. The
guys
got cookies, profuse thanks, and copies of our picture.
